Here are our fine, young students in cultural regalia. Like our flag wall, it is amazing just how diverse our students are in their origins or interests.
Our colourful day was accentuated further with great food from around the world and from parents who shared a little of their culture or knowledge with us. Thank you, Jane, Mohammed and Victoria for your wonderful contributions to the day. We were privileged to learn some Arabic and witness some Chinese fan dancing and a Chinese song and numbers. We made a Language Passport that helped us to recognise what we know and what others can teach us.
A great day!
Superheroes in Training! Kia ora. This is where we showed our learning journey.
