  1. Hi room 25,
I think I would tell me to try netball, learn times tables, don't get your ears pierced before netball season and try new things don't worry about making mistakes.

    1. Sounds like you have some regrets! I agree that you should have been playing netball all along.

    1. Great idea! I wonder what a difference it would have made to you. I've also heard of people who wished they'd said, "yes" to more things than "no".

  4. Kia ora Mr G, if I could go back in time I would give myself all the lottery number and all the sport results and tell my family to bet all there money on the score and write the right numbers for the lottery so I would be rich. Blog you later!

    1. Is this something that you still think about? It's funny how people carry certain things around in their brain for years - especially things they might feel guilty about. Why do we do this?

  6. Hello!
I'm not sure I would go back 3 years in time because it will change who I am today.

    1. Excellent answer! Many would jump at the opportunity without considering all of the consequences of mucking around with time - friends they may never meet, experiences they may never have - even siblings that may never exist!

    1. Your motivation seems to revolve around things you think you may have missed out on. Trouble is, I guess, that you would never again be the same person (nor would those close to you) that you are now if you fiddle with history.

  8. Kia ora Room 25. I like your thoughtful answers to this ponder. Good friends are important Luka. I think my advise would be don't take seeing your friends and family for granted.

I agree with Xavier, that I would not want to go back because I might muck up my future. If I had to though I would tell myself to play netball.

    1. I'm glad you are happy with how things are now - it's a good way to be. You can focus on the present and future instead of living in a past of regrets.

  10. Kia Ora Mr.G, my name is Milo from room 25. I really liked this post because it was pretty hard to think about what I would advise myself to do. I remember doing a ponder like this. Anyways, here is what I would do if I gave myself advice 3 years ago: I would make sure not to be naughty or be careful because I injured myself tons. That's probably all I would say. Was this blog post fun to make? Maybe next time you could introduce yourslef? Blog You Later! Milo

    1. Introductions: "Hi, I'm Paul. I uploaded this post, but Rachael O'Shea created it. Hope you enjoy it!" Something like that, maybe?
Are you suffering from your past injuries? You may miss out on a lot of fun if you start worrying about getting hurt.
